During my two-night stay, I enjoyed a clean and comfortable room along with a pleasant buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made my experience much better. However, navigating the hotel's older sections was somewhat challenging due to the stairs, and the dining options could have been more varied on certain days.

Great for a Group Getaway
Had a 1 night stay and the staff were really friendly from the moment we arrived, they even helped us get cabs booked. The hotel has amazing character and we loved the spaciousness of the lobby and rooms, definitely felt like a classy joint.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

We had a fantastic stay with friends and loved the seasonal 6 course tasting menu. Renting Bobbin Bikes was a blast and cruising along the river in the Tiffany Rose was just perfect. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was excellent, which made our trip memorable. Just a tip , make sure to check if everything in the breakfast buffet is stocked as it can run low.
Unfortunately, the shower in our room was a bit tricky to use and could be improved for a better experience.

The excellent proximity to the Cathedral allowed for easy exploration by foot. Cleanliness was a strong point during my visit, and the friendly, helpful staff enhanced the experience. I felt that the menu options in the dining area were somewhat limited despite the good standard of food, including delicious fresh pasta, and the air conditioning in the room was occasionally less effective.

Our stay was wonderful! The Bentley tour was a highlight, combining humor and local history, and the room was spacious and welcoming. The thoughtful touch of a birthday card made it extra special, especially for our family, including our beloved pet.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities or play areas available during our stay.

the location was really awesome, close to everything i wanted to see like the cathedrall and shops. my junior suite was super clean and comfy, made me feel right at home. the public areas were nice for chillin out and just relaxing. breakfast had some good options and the staff were really friendly, always around to help.
but my room felt a bit outdated dan the heating didn't really work well, so it got a lil chilly at night. also the bathroom could've had more space, felt kinda cramped.

Historical significance, access to historical landmarks, free guest bicycles
Some rooms lack adequate storage!!! The lift is small and slow, creating a challenge for higher floors!!! Parking should not cost extra, especially for a premium hotel!!!
